Coffee and pastries at breakfast. Nice styled and spotlessly clean rooms with a balcony as well as twin beds, really helpful staff. Perfect and handy setting in the peaceful area, so close to several shops and bars can be found, the train station and other sights and beautiful Arno river and Borgo Street.

The location is very convenient, being close to the railway station and within walking distance of local shops. The rooms are quite small, which may limit comfort, especially during hot weather. The breakfast selection was basic and could benefit from more items. It's suitable for a short stay if you're prioritizing accessibility over space.

It's very close location to the train station, and also to the main pedestrian passageway through town. Makes it an excellent choice for a quick getaway when you want to drop into town, do some walking and sightseeing, and then hop on a train and leave

The hotel is very well located: It takes only a 5 minute walk from the central station to the hotel, so it is very easy to reach from Pisa airport. It takes only a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the tour of Pisa, which is also very nearby.
The hotel does not offer free wireless internet. The voucher I bought did not work on the fifth floor, but the hotel staff immediatly suggested that I changed rooms so that I could have internet access. The bathroom is rather small and has a showerhead in the middle, without a separate shower cabin, so taking in shower without making the entire bathroom wet is not possible. Make sure to hide the toiletpaper so that it does not get wet. The breakfast is very nice, although I would have enjoyed a bit of fruit in the morning.

My son an me had a week of travelling in France and Italy and the stay at this hotel was the last one on our trip. It was absolutely the best value for money we had during our holiday, at the rate for a double-room with breakfast of eur 71. The room was clean, the bed was good , the bath was small, but efficient and clean. Breakfast was good, although the breakfastroom was a little to small for the number of people staying at the hotel, but the staff did their best and provided hot chocelate and espresso if you asked. The location near the station, bus and taxi was ideal for us, only staying one night arriving from La Spezia with the train and wanted to see the Pisa Tower. There was little of no noice in the room from the local street passing the hotel, little traffic. In the small passage between the station and the hotel a Cafe with good service provided an excellent Tiramisu and espresso for a very competitive price.

A small hotell close by the railwaystation. Just a few minutes walk to the shoppingarea. 25 minutes walk to the world famous Leaning tower and the great Dome and Baptistery. The breakfeast wasn't a big hit unfortunately.
It was close to the railwaystation and to cityshopping

The friendly accommodating staff. I have now stayed their 3 times and it is convenient to the train station and airport. I use it as a transfer point of overnights. Will stay again.

Problems with air conditioning led to a room switch that still had issues, with limited breakfast options and a leaky shower causing water damage on the bathroom floor. The dining area was tiny, and the decor was below par for what you'd expect.

My baby and I appreciated being there. The rooms were warm and stylish, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. This hotel met requests, I strongly recommend to others.
